Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all astrology consultation services provided by Joe G at the Mercury Rising ("Astrologer") to the Client ("Client"). Booking a session signifies agreement to these Terms.

Services Offered

Astrologer provides personalized astrology consultations, including but not limited to birth chart readings, horoscopic planning, and "Discover Your Chart Ruler" sessions. Descriptions are available on the Astrologer's website.

Astrology sessions are for insight and entertainment purposes only and not a substitute for professional advice. The Astrologer is not a licensed mental health professional or therapist.

Payment and Cancellation

• Full payment is required at booking.

• Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.

• No-shows will not be refunded.'

Confidentiality

All client information and consultation content will remain confidential, barring legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability
The Astrologer is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of the consultation.

Intellectual Property
Materials provided during sessions are copyrighted and for personal use by the Client only.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.

Amendments

The Astrologer reserves the right to modify these Terms, with changes effective upon posting on the website.

Acceptance
By booking a session, Clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
